They’re all caring, helpful, and excellent at what they do. You should consider yourself very lucky to come here. I hadn’t been to the dentist in too long after moving to the area and I was nervous to come. Dr Graham is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He and his staff eased all my worries. I ended up needing a filling and he worked hard to make sure I was comfortable. I have issues with local anesthesia but he went out of his way to make sure there was no pain during the procedure. I will actually look forward to going to the dentist now! Thank you!"

"I have been a patient at this practice for 14 years and always experienced terrific and warm care from Dr. Graham and his staff. I had to have crowns put in and most recently an implant. While I was apprehensive initially, the implant was a very straightforward process and (to my surprise) with a fast and painless healing. The quality of work at this office is fantastic - my teeth look natural and there is no difference in function. I really forget that I have had any work done when it comes to smiling and eating. Highly recommend this practice!"

"I have been with Avon Dental Group since 2014. Dentists and staff are amazing. They are very considerate. I was able to squeeze in an appointment on the same day due to my painful toothache while my dentist was not in office. In addition, I had a bad reaction to one of antibiotics, they were very responsible to change the prescription over the weekend to help me avoid more pain. By the way, I did bridge and implant here, they all work for me so far."

"I visited Dr. Graham at Avon Wellness Center Dental Associates after missing many years worth of dental visits. I had a lot of anxieties about going in for a visit after so many years. When I arrived at the office for my visit I was treated extremely well. After finally sitting in a dentist chair for the first time in years Dr Graham immediately took away my worries. Everything was explained to me in extreme detail about what to expect. I was given recommendations, asked about my concerns and I was given the chance to ask all my questions.After my first visit I knew with 100% certainty that I would be trusting in Dr Graham and Molly to handle my dental work. I have now been back many times and have continued to be treated extremely well. All the work they do is extremely well done and I know I am in good hands which makes it even better. Going to Dr. Graham's office is like visiting with old friends, always a smile and good word on the way in and the way out, and "Painless"! He tackled them over 3 sessions and each time, my bite was not impacted in the slightest. Dr. Solof takes great care to make sure the fillings are shaped perfectly for the patient’s bite. Highly recommend."

Instead of being stuck at home (in severe pain) on the phone hearing "NO" from every other dental practice in the Farmington Valley. Including a couple that had been my dentist for decades. I am sticking with this practice. Dr. Zachary Meunier and his assistant(intern?) did a great job. (I presume the other person's role, I don't mean to downplay his partner's importance in the procedure.)"

"I have always had issues with plaque build up and tartar. My dental cleanings involve heavy scraping and what seemed like forever in the dentist chair trying not to jump too high or out of the chair due to sensitivity. My last cleaning showed extensive plaque and tartar build up. I was offered this new treatment called Hybenx, which is like a liquid applied to your affected teeth. After 30 seconds, it literally softens the plaque and tartar so that the hygienist can then amazingly so gently just literally rinse and use the scaler/pick to slide it right off of your teeth. It does have a strong taste of vinegar but you can rinse after the 30 seconds and for me the vinegar taste was worth not going through pain! The hygienist then goes back around your teeth to make sure it is all removed. It was the easiest, painless cleaning I have ever had. And a much shorter time in the dentist chair. There is a private cost of $60.00 but so worth it for me. Also, there is a consent form to sign regarding side effects however I experienced no side effects at all. HIGHLY recommend trying this product if it is an option for you. I will be using this method for all my future cleanings!"

"After visiting my podiatrist, whose office is in the same building, I happened by AWCDA and was looking in the window when an enthusiastic patient, on her way in, asked if I was a patient. I said no, but that I was looking for a dentist. She immediately locked arms with me and escorted me inside. She said Doctor Graham is the absolute best and then introduced me to Rachel who booked me an appointment. In addition to doing excellent work, he is a genuinely nice man who makes you feel at ease while patiently answering your questions and explaining the procedures. He also goes above and beyond if there is an emergency. I had a tooth nerve that was dying and was in eye popping pain. He saw me right away, and rather than have me wait over the weekend, he came in the next day and opened early to do the procedure I needed. Who does that anymore? A really wonderful dentist. The waiting area was clean and clearly marked where one could sit and not sit. They kept waiting area to 4 people at a time. The Process around my procedure was sanitized and Reassuring. "Had a good visit. Technician was informed that I was on a blood thinner and was careful in the cleaning procedure. However, I did not like the brushed on fluoride because it did not dissolve and left a lingering bad taste in my mouth. I had to peak off the waxy residue and use mouthwash to try to get rid of the taste hours later than the treatment. My stomach felt upset too. Next time I will go back to the fluoride rinse."

"Talented, attentive and goes beyond expectations. I had to finish some crown work with one tooth while I await the completion of an implant. A recommended prescription mouth wash recommended by the implant surgeon reacted with normal bacteria and stained my bottom edges of my teeth brown. While getting my crown work done Avon Dental, Dr. Peter Knowles, insisted on polishing the browned discoloration of the affected teeth. It turned out a more involved effort but the Dr. cheerfully saw the job through. Additionally the professional and painstaking effort to match natural teeth color with the replacement crown was significantly appreciated and unexpected. As a relatively new patient I have had crowns elsewhere and its easy to see which teeth have crowns...no need to say more. From front desk to the assistants that keep you updated on schedules and insurance issues and the professionalism of the Dr.'s a very satisfying experience."

Aside from being excellent dentists, hygienists, and staff (you can look at CT Top Dentist ratings), the atmosphere is unlike probably any other doctor's or dentist's office I have ever been to. The staff genuinely cares about not just our teeth, but our families, our well-being, and our lives. I have been a patient of theirs for perhaps 30 years - and I now drive quite a distance to continue to see them (more often than I wish I had to, as I joke about paying their electric bill), but I wouldn't have it any other way. Without singling out my particular dentist and his staff, the fellow is a true gentleman, scholar and friend. I have no idea what I will do if/when he ever retires.If you are looking for a dentist for any reason - go here. You won't ever go anywhere else."

No whitening treatment could take them off, i decoded to get a consultation from other dentists checked my teeth and said because the stains are intrinsic. He suggested addressing my tooth with veneers to face mask the spots. And that he performed a fantastic job."
